Instructions for Nano Car polish and Paint coating
Nano Car polish and Paint coating is a complete system based on Nanotechnology, generating an anti-stick and easy-to-clean effect on car body surfaces. The applied product produces a two-dimensional effect on the surface, which reduces the ability of dirt, dust and water to stick to it. Surfaces can be easily cleaned using water, without the need of further detergents or chemicals. Only 25-30 ml is required to coat a mid-sized car and the effect should last 12 months before re-application is required. Application should be made in dry conditions, preferably under cover.
Nano Car polish and Paint coating
Apply in four easy steps:
1. Pre-Cleaning:
Make sure the surface is completely dry and free of dirt and marks, including fingerprints. For best results, we recommend the use of a JORDAN Car Shampoo as the pre cleaner. Simply wipe over the surface to be treated, using a sponge, cotton or microfiber cloth. Do not use an abrasive unless the surface is wet. It may be necessary to clean surface area twice to achieve a completely clean surface. .
The surface must be completely clean and dry before application.
2. Apply Nano Car polish and Paint coating:
We recommend the use of protective gloves to avoid remarking the surface.
After cleaning, squeeze a few drops of Nano Car polish and Paint coating on the automotive body (1 bonnet requires 4-6 drops). Coat the surface in sections using circular, alternating directions to ensure total coverage. The coated surface should form a hazy film upon application. This process must be performed with a polishing pad.
3. Drying:
Allow the Nano Car polish and Paint coating to dry for 30 minutes. (The part of the car you started with, will be dry by the time you finish coating the last part)
4. Cleaning:
A. Use a polishing machine to buff away the residues
B. After step A, use a microfiber to gently clean the entire car body for stray residue
